Baymont by Wyndham Moses Lake

The breakfast is really good, and you can grab coffee all day. The grounds are clean, and there are grills if you want to cook something outside. I’ve stayed here several times with my dogs, and the staff are so nice. Baymont motel in mosss lake has great service, and I’ll keep coming back. I’d tell anyone looking for a good place to stay to come here. It’s just a great place with wonderful people.

Breakfast was warm and very good, and the room was close to the exit and accessible parking. We needed an ADA accessible room, and this one had a large bathroom with all the safety bars we needed, plus a shower chair and wand. The bed was lower than usual but comfortable. We were very glad we chose this location.

The friendly staff, tasty breakfast, and easy freeway access worked well for our early start after a one-night stop on our drive from North Idaho to Western Washington. The pool, though, was uncomfortably cold. A staff member came in to restock towels while we were swimming and said it’s not usually that cold. Our room seemed reasonably clean, but an old guest’s soap was still in the shower. The shower head and sink faucet also looked as if they’d been missed during cleaning for a few visits. I used to be a housekeeper, so I tend to inspect hotel rooms. I know cleaning staff have tight schedules, but quality checks matter for a comfortable stay. Seeing obvious spots left uncleaned made me wonder what else might have been missed.

The worst part was the smell from the dog waste bin right by the entrance. Since our room was beside it, we couldn’t open the window for fresh air. I was also bothered by how many years drig addicts were out in the smoking area.
