Breakfast was the best complimentary hotel breakfast I've seen in this class, with lots of options you don't usually get. The room was clean and well equipped, with plenty of plug points, a large bathroom and comfortable beds. WiFi connected easily and had good bandwidth. The lobby and grounds were clean, and check-in was smooth and friendly. +A hotel, highly recommend.

The lobby and rooms were immaculate, and I felt welcome and at home. Even though this Holiday Inn has a no-pet policy, they let me bring my Senegal parrot. It was honestly the best hotel experience I've had. I'll choose this place from now on for both business and personal trips.

Moses Lake can feel like it's in the middle of nowhere, but this hotel is within a 10-minute drive of anything you might need. The rooms are clean, breakfast is well made and served hot, and the staff are kind and accommodating.

The bed was comfortable, and the room was nice and clean. It felt good to get what I paid for, especially since I've spent a lot more elsewhere for a lot less. I'm very satisfied and will definitely come back.

This is one of the nicest Holiday Inn Express locations I've stayed at. My husband and I always stay at Holiday Inn Express when we travel, and I look forward to it because the experience is reliably enjoyable. They upgraded our room, which was spacious and clean. Breakfast is always top notch, and yesterday there were cookies and coffee for guests in the lobby at 6 pm. A pleasant stay, as usual, in a quiet spot near lots of businesses.
