Our upstairs unit at the Palmetto house was quiet, clean, and nicely appointed. There were two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a sitting area, and a small dining area. The ice maker in the fridge wasn’t working that day, so they even had a bag of ice delivered to us. We were two couples and had a great stay. We’d absolutely come again.

The Inn’s surroundings are so peaceful, and breakfast was amazing with a lovely presentation. It’s a great spot to get away from busy downtown Charleston, though that’s only a 10-minute drive across the bridge. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere quiet to relax, and I’m looking forward to coming back. We had a check-in mix-up because our room was occupied for another night. They put us in room 7 at the I'on Inn instead, and it was beautiful. We’re used to a king, so we made do with the room’s two queens. The second night we moved to our booked room “D” in the Palmetto house, just across the parking lot. It was beautiful and spacious, with a king bed. The air-conditioning wasn’t working, and it was too late to contact anyone, so we asked for a fix in the morning. After a full day in Charleston, we came back to a fiercely cold room. It was awesome!

We used the Inn for our wedding weekend. It was beautiful and had plenty of space for my bridal party to get hair and makeup done. There were snacks and breakfast goodies for us, and several restaurants were a short walk away. The Inn was also super close to my venue.

We celebrated our 10-year wedding anniversary here. The room was nice, the service was excellent, and breakfast was really tasty. It was well priced, too.
