I could barely rest because the beds were so uncomfortable. The smoke smell was even worse, soaked into the bedding and furniture and hanging in the air. This place doesn't seem to have non-smoking rooms, which was a huge letdown. I wouldn't stay here again if smoke bothers you.

There was a piece of old cereal in my room, and the place was filthy. I only stayed because it was an emergency. The owners seem even ruder than they were years ago, and the lady was so unpleasant. If she doesn't like dealing with customers, she shouldn't work in a customer-facing business.

We needed somewhere for two weeks, and they worked with my family. Our rooms were cleaned each day, with fresh towels, and the owners greeted everyone with a smile. There did seem to be a cockroach problem. We dealt with it by bombing the room and our cars before heading home. Sometimes you do what you have to do.

We had nowhere else to go, so my friend and I ended up staying in a room with roaches crawling around. I saw several dead ones and more alive, and there was a large urine stain on the sheet and mattress. The bed had only a sheet and a thin blanket. At first the room looked clean and fancy, but it wasn't. It smelled like smoke even though it was supposed to be non-smoking, and the only lighting came from lamps. The man who checked me in was kind, but an older woman was rude as soon as she came into the lobby. I needed somewhere cheap and quick while my house was being renovated, so I stayed despite how disappointing and disgusting it was. Something needs to be done.
