Hampton Inn Mt. Vernon Oh

For Hampton owners: this building is immaculate. Please keep it that way as time passes and things might get overlooked. A workplace where employees feel valued helps make the culture engaging, and I think businesses sometimes miss that. For customers, the hotel was wonderful, smelled lovely, and was clean, with a great breakfast and very polite staff. It's clearly a new property. We arrived Saturday and left Sunday, and paid $150. It felt well worth it.

It took a little figuring out to reach the hotel the first time, but it's a great choice for the area. The rooms look gorgeous, and everything in mine worked just right. The staff were friendly, and using the digital key on my phone was trouble-free. It's a brand new place, and the beds were the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in.

The staff were wonderful. While I parked, the front desk employee walked my son around, showed him the pool, and got him a cookie. He was 13, and I'd told him he could do that. The hotel was gorgeous, brand new, and super clean. Breakfast was very good and clean, and the pool was open, heated, and clean too. Definitely recommend.

The pool was clean and just the right temperature, and the rooms were immaculate. After six nights on the road, staying at a different Hilton brand each night, Mount Vernon was easily the best. The lobby goodies and exceptional breakfast were a treat, too. Staff were cheerful, courteous, and happy to help with every request. It's a hidden gem if you need a restful night and somewhere relaxing to unwind. I'd even drive from Columbus to stay here for work or business. I haven't had another hotel look after me like this one. Mount Vernon for the win!
