The location worked perfectly for exploring the area, and the room was spotless, modern, and really comfortable. From the moment I arrived, everyone on staff was welcoming and helpful. I especially loved the [specific amenity, like the pool, breakfast, or view]. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience.

We got two rooms, and one was as dirty as could be. In the other, the toilet and heater were broken. The pool is NOT heated: my son had blue lips after swimming for less than 20m. The hotel smelled of weed and looked nothing like the pictures. The TV was far too small to see from the bed. Don’t waste your money. Adding an edit: there was no hot water this morning, even with the shower turned all the way hot. We found dead roaches and dirty rooms. The second “upgraded room” was still freezing, despite the heater being all the way up. I didn’t get a picture of the half-drunk Dr Pepper bottle behind the mattress. Come on, Ramada, you used to be better. I’m not asking for a lot. I’ve stayed in some pretty crappy places, but this is sad. I could’ve stayed at one of the cheap hotels here and had a cleaner, better cared-for room. I will say the staff moved us quickly, and they’ve been rather nice. Thank you for that.

I was really impressed with how well maintained this hotel is. The rooms were very clean, the lobby stayed tidy, and the public bathrooms were impeccable. The staff clearly put a lot of effort into giving guests a great stay…

The outside could use a little fixing up, but inside this place is epic. The rooms are great and the staff are amazing. They’re understanding, mindful, and respectful. If I could give it 10 stars, I would.
