The bed was comfortable, and breakfast was solid, especially the bacon and waffles. Staff were polite and helpful: the front desk quickly fixed my in-laws’ key when it stopped working, though they said it should not have stopped in the first place. The woman at reception was also accommodating when we asked to change rooms. We found a cockroach on the wall in our first room and moved our things right away. The replacement room shared a wall with that one, which made us wary, but it was clean, and the bed and bathroom checked out. My mom also said she saw a bug near the breakfast display. I’m not sure what kind it was, but I believe her. It was quiet, though not perfectly clean overall. If you’re in a pinch, it’s not a bad option.

We had to leave early because we couldn’t put up with the mildew smell in our room any longer. There were odd black marks on the mirror, and the shower’s shampoo, conditioner, and soap dispensers were broken, so I bought my own toiletries. Staff did move us when we asked, but the shower in the other room was so unclean that we went back to our original one. Service was mixed, though they did refund the nights we didn’t stay. I would not recommend staying here.

We left quickly and asked Mira at the desk for a refund. She said the only thing she could do was give us her boss “Mitzi”’s email, but our message bounced back. This was easily the most disgusting place I’ve stayed, and I would not stay here. The lobby entrance was crowded with around 20 large boxes, and caution tape blocked off the breakfast area. The hallway and our room smelled of cigarette smoke. Much of the furniture was peeling, including the only chair, and there was a lot of mold on the sides of the mini fridge. The shower floor was dirty and looked moldy around the drain. My husband has severe allergies and started sneezing. He uses a backlight for work and shone it on the walls, where he saw what looked like semen in several spots behind the peeling chair and on the walls. This reflects on this particular location, not Best Westerns generally. I think the owners here don’t maintain the usual clean, pleasant hotel standards we’re accustomed to.

I’ve made two work trips to the area and stayed here both times. The rooms are clean and a reasonable size, with comfortable beds. Bathrooms are a little cramped but otherwise fine. Whenever I’ve had a request or run into an issue, the front desk staff have been helpful and accommodating. I’ve been satisfied with my stays.
