We had a wonderful stay as a family of four, and everything was super close and convenient. We could walk to dinner, shopping, and breakfast. One thing to keep in mind for a winter visit is to bring extra blankets, since it gets quite cold downstairs. Our only real issue was that the unit is at street level. People peeking in through the glass felt awkward while the kids were playing on the rug. We’d stay here again, though.

We'd been curious about this little 'hotel' for ages and were glad to finally book the Storefront for a long weekend. It was adorable, very clean and tidy, with a European feel. We could walk everywhere we wanted, and the location was perfect for our visit, close to shops and restaurants. The free use of the parking garage was a nice perk. I'd rent it again and recommend it to anyone interested in visiting Staunton.

We loved the Storefront so much that we've already booked another trip. There was plenty of room inside, and the garage across the street made parking easy. Lots of local places to eat are within walking distance. The thoughtful touches, including the Keurig, sound machine, and essential oil diffuser, made us feel extra cozy, and everything we needed had been considered. Can't wait to come back and try more of Staunton's great food, drinks, and experiences.

Unique, convenient, and comfortable. We loved our stay at the Storefront Hotel and only wish we could have stayed longer. Shops and restaurants are an easy walk away. Definitely go get ice cream at the Split Banana! I’m picky, and the Storefront was impressively clean. People passing by will be curious, so expect a question or two. We didn't need the parking pass, but it was nice to have the option.

I grew up in Staunton and had wanted to stay here for a while. The location is super convenient, with dinner and morning coffee an easy walk away. My complaint is the street noise. Staunton must have the cleanest streets, given the daily street cleaner, but I’d recommend earplugs or some kind of white noise. I slept on the pull-out couch and had to put the mattress on the floor. It barely fit because of the space and all the furniture, and with it down, we couldn't open the front door.
