The location was just right for me, close to Mountain View downtown and the tech campuses. Check-in was quick and ready, the staff were nice and fast to respond, and the bed had a comfortably firm feel. The room was reasonably quiet, though I could hear street traffic and footsteps clearly from the floor above. The hotel is a bit worn out, with signs of wear on the furniture and throughout. It was clean, but the worn look made it feel less clean. Well priced, and the location is excellent.

There’s no real breakfast, just frozen fast food that tastes like plastic and is impossible to eat. We stayed two nights, and the room wasn’t cleaned once or given fresh towels. The rooms were dirty and the furniture was in awful shape. Terrible hotel. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I found rat droppings, and there was a large gap under the door where I could see outside. The carpet was torn at the corners. The reviews made the place sound wonderful, but it was too good to be true. Don’t stay here.

The room was small and in rough shape, with stained floors and curtains, mold on the bathroom ceiling, and a terrible bed. The place feels trashy and unsafe. I’d never recommend it. About as good as a Motel 6.

When I first entered the assigned room, the balcony window was wide open and wouldn’t close, which made me uncomfortable. The staff were nice and moved me to another room.
