The room was the best part, but I won't stay here again. On arrival, I nearly hit two intoxicated people in the parking lot and had to pass through weed smoke from someone outside. As a Titanium global elite member, I asked for water and was told they were out until a delivery the next day. By breakfast, though, the fridge was full of bottles. They also ran out of waffle syrup except sugar-free, bacon, waffle mix, plates, forks, and drink cups. I asked for more bacon and none came; the waffle mix was refilled grudgingly. I ended up restocking the dishes and cups myself. The service, location, and run-down condition were all disappointing.

I’ve never posted a Google review before, but this stay was awful. There were stains on the toilet and seat, hair in the sink, and debris on the room floor. When I came back from Walmart, my key had stopped working. The receptionist was the one bright spot and helped me get a replacement.

Breakfast was great, and the person working there was so kind and clearly worked hard. The front desk staff were kind too. The rooms were beautiful and amazing. I’d definitely recommend this place to everyone I know.

We came to town for Christmas with my sister and only needed a place for the night. The stay was peaceful, there were no issues, and the front desk was friendly. Breakfast was good too. I’d stay again.

Indiana is a summer trip for me every year, and Fairfield in Muncie is one of my regular stops, along with its locations in other cities and states. We’re always welcomed warmly, the accommodations are neat and clean, and breakfast gets the day started well.
