Holiday Inn Murfreesboro by IHG

It's a decent hotel, but we had a couple of problems during our four nights with three guests. We ran out of towels, toilet paper, and body wash. Asking how many guests and nights we're staying should mean having supplies for that number of people. The breakfast is charged at $12 per person, so it should be worth that. The bacon was paper-thin rather than thick-cut, and the weekday eggs tasted like powdered eggs, though the weekend eggs were delicious and had a different color and texture. We were told the yogurt was Greek, but got that only on Monday morning; the rest of the time it was regular yogurt, including Yoplait one day and generic store brand on the others. The bread was dry and unpleasant, and seemed to sit in the bread boxes day after day. It felt like the cleaning staff were being used as cooks, with someone trying to cut costs. That kind of breakfast is more suited to a free-breakfast hotel.

Vanessa was so kind and showed me around this wonderful hotel. The staff were generous and sweet, and I had an amazing time here. I'd recommend the place to anyone!

Frank, the bartender, has become one of the best parts of my stay. Every time I walk into the bar he's smiling, warm, and welcoming. His great service and positive attitude really stand out. Highly recommend!
