InTown Suites Extended Stay Murfreesboro TN - MTSU

My family and I have been here for nine months, and I'm glad we chose this place. It's affordable, nice, quiet, and comfortable. The room is clean and works well for what my family needs. We haven't been bothered by anyone or anything. I can leave my card on file for the weekly room renewal, so I don't have to worry about getting back by a certain time to make sure it's paid.

I've been here six months while waiting for an apartment, since not many places had availability. This was the best and cheapest hotel I could find. The building is good, the staff are amazing, and after staying this long it feels like family. Some people come and go, but most are here for a while. MR RICKY, the head of maintenance, and MS KIKI AKA KYMRIA, who leads housekeeping, are both kind, considerate, and hard-working. Once you get to know them off the clock, it feels like you've gained a family member sent by God. They've made sure I had what I needed and checked on me during difficult times. This place feels like God's blessing leading to better things. I look forward to continuing my business with this company because of the outstanding staff and their qualities. My family is in a transition right now, and we picked this location for its price and convenience. I'd stayed here before and wasn't nearly as pleased, but under new management there's been a significant change. Ms Jasmine, the general manager, and Kiki at the front desk are professional and polite, and do what they can to make the stay comfortable and satisfying. My favorite is Miss Millie in housekeeping. She's a delight, pleasant, professional, and very good at her job. When she's there, I know everything will be clean and smell great, and I can see she takes her time on every floor. This team has come in to clean up a prior mess and is doing a great job. Perfection takes time and hard work. I'd recommend the location to friends and family, and say come try it for yourself, you won't be dissatisfied!

We checked into a clean, spacious, comfortable room. The stovetop burners don't work, which is understandable, but everything else worked fine and I have no complaints. I'd recommend this place for anyone needing an extended stay in the Boro.
