We will never stay here again. The floors were so dirty my socks turned black, and I shouldn’t have to buy cleaning supplies just to clean the condo. The dining room chairs were in terrible shape, and we found one that was actually broken. We also saw a few cockroaches, despite being told they inspect for bugs every three months. The rules left in the unit said no loud noise after 10:00 p.m., but our neighbors were screaming and playing loud music. I have a three-year-old who needs sleep, and that was completely unacceptable.

Worst stay ever. It felt like staying in a landfill, and housekeeping took hours to pick up the trash. Who wants to walk past stinky garbage on the way to their room? Never again.

Our condo was robbed while we were at the pool from 11:45 to 1 p.m. on our second day. All of our cash was gone. We filed a report and asked for camera footage, but the head of security said they couldn't access it. We also contacted Myrtle beach pd and filed a report, but got no help from the resort. There weren't any lock boxes in the room to keep our things safe. The floors were disgusting too: on the first day, my son took off his shoes and, within 30 minutes, the bottoms of his feet were solid black. My family won't stay there again.

There aren't any elevators. If you're on the third floor, be ready to climb six flights of narrow stairs. I've stayed in worse places, but I wouldn't come back here.
