Maggie made us feel welcome and comfortable. We had a leaking toilet when we arrived, and maintenance came by before management arranged a room change. Maggie was kind and accommodating, never making us feel like a burden. She gave us her personal number at check-in, and replied almost instantly whenever I called or texted. The rooms were nice and very clean, even with renovations underway. It's not oceanfront, but just a two-minute walk across the street, with shops and restaurants nearby. The pool and hot tub were clean and nice too. I strongly recommend this hotel, and we'll definitely be back. Thanks again, Maggie!

I had a great stay and would come back. The property is well lit and right on the main strip. It sits next to a parking garage, but that didn't cause any problem during my visit. I was unsure about the area behind the hotel at first, though. Iris was warm and welcoming at check-in, and even offered to show us rooms before we checked in. The lobby and room were nicely designed and furnished, and the pool was nice too. My only small complaints: there was no clock, phone, laundry bag, or do-not-disturb sign in the room, and the ice machine wasn't working. A simple morning grab-and-go option would be good. They do have a sitting area with a TV, tea, coffee, and microwave.

Even with all the loud traffic during bike week, we couldn't hear it in the room overnight. The rooms were spacious and clean, and all the amenities were available. It's best to book through Airriva. When we had an issue, they replied quickly by text, and an employee was always prompt in responding to our needs. Contacting them by phone works best rather than going through the lobby. We had a very nice stay.

We ended up staying one night after arriving in Myrtle on Sunday, but our online booking had some issues and the front desk couldn't find our reservation. The front desk girl was able to book us a two-bedroom suite, which was spacious and convenient for what we wanted: a comfortable spot close to the beach at an affordable price. The appliances and beds were upgraded, the sheets were clean, and there were plenty of towels. The room smelled clean, though the carpet had some stains. It got a little noisy and hectic at night, but overall it was a nice stay.
