The Hardeman house is in a great spot in downtown Nac, and we loved the clean, comfortable rooms and the amazing sheets. We had everything we needed. With the lovely weather, we ate breakfast on the front porch, and it was delicious. My husband and I took a last-minute long weekend trip over Mother’s Day. We spent a lot of time walking around town’s trails and gardens and visiting nearby historical sites. It was a wonderful, relaxing visit, and we’re looking forward to coming back.

The garden and the rest of the Hardeman House were beautiful, and our “Crockett” room was lovely and comfortable. It was a fun choice since my husband is related to Davy Crockett. We stayed with owners Rowan and Regan while passing through Nacodoches ten days ago. Rowan’s dad, Brett, joined us for the delicious breakfast, especially those biscuits, and was a delight. He ought to give local tours, and he actually did one for us! Such a kind family. We’ll pass through Nacodoches again because we appreciated their hospitality, and because staying at Hardeman House was so nice.

Breakfast was the highlight for me. Rowan was our host, and we got to eat with his lovely parents. Dad Brett shared so much local knowledge, and we took his suggestions on what to see and where to go. Mum makes the best biscuits in east Texas, and Rowan’s eggs were so good. Staying at Hardeman House B&B in historic Nacogdoches was an absolute treat. The hospitality was superb. If you’re passing through Nacogdoches East Texas, I’d say book this B&B and enjoy that fantastic southern hospitality.

The host was welcoming and knew a lot about the home’s history, which gave the visit a special touch. The breakfast was thoughtfully made and absolutely delicious, a perfect start to the day. I stayed at this charming bed and breakfast on a work trip and had a wonderful time. It’s a beautifully preserved historic home within walking distance of downtown Nacogdoches. Quiet, clean, and full of character. Highly recommend for a peaceful, memorable stay.

Rowan had only recently bought this quaint, picturesque property, but he was already a wonderful host. He took care of our needs and even carried our luggage upstairs. The four of us, longtime friends on a girls’ trip, felt right at home at The Hardeman House. Breakfast was homemade and delicious, with scrambled eggs and homemade Butterswim biscuits topped with homemade jam. Afterwards we sat on the open-air covered porch, which looked straight out of a Hallmark movie. Rowan treated us like family. Don’t hesitate to book for a stay in or around Nacogdoches. You won’t be disappointed.
