The rooms are excellent, with a full kitchen, living area, separate bedroom, and laundry inside. But this is an AirBnB, not a hotel. I hadn’t booked through AirBnB, so I was surprised there was no lobby or staff on site. Check-in was difficult because I’d ignored the owner’s messages, which looked like spam. Parking in the unpaved lot costs $29.
The location and the amount of space are about the only good things here. It looked nicer online than in person. Wi-Fi wasn’t in range in our room, and parking cost $25 a night. The floors seemed not to have been vacuumed or mopped, with dirt and random stuff left around. There were crumbs in the microwave and a stray sock under the bed. The couch was too dirty to sit on, with stains and grimy residue. We opened its storage compartment just to look and found several pairs of used underwear. It felt like the room had only gotten the bare minimum wipe-down. My boyfriend and I didn’t enjoy our first trip to Nashville, to say the least. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
It’s a great place, more like an apartment than a hotel, and my room even had its own laundry machine. Just know there isn’t a front lobby. You get an access code by text, along with instructions to download an app, then use your phone to enter the room. Parking is available for a fee. The lot is small and gravel, which made handling our luggage a little awkward. Apart from the parking, I thought it was awesome.
