This was my second visit, for 2-4 days, and the hotel is easy to reach downtown or the shopping areas without taking the highway. It’s right across from the mall and Grand Ole Opry. I give the location, price, comfort, breakfast, and staff five stars. My one issue is that there aren’t enough handicap parking spots up front. If more than three people need them, the fourth person is out of luck. Otherwise, it’s the best place to stay in this area.

Tamera at the front desk was my favorite, and the staff overall were smiling and helpful. The suite was clean and didn’t smell like it had been pumped full of chemicals. It had two TVs with DirecTV, a working mini fridge, and a shower with properly hot water and great pressure. Breakfast was good, too.

We had a lovely night here. The room was spotless, and they’d stocked the toiletries well. Breakfast was tasty and filling, and the staff were really friendly and accommodating.

We were on a cross-country road trip with my husband and baby and arrived late. The front desk agent was super friendly, and getting checked in was easy. Our room had enough space for us, and the bathroom was clean and nice. The buffet breakfast was amazing, and I absolutely loved the Christmas decorations!

We got in late after looking around for hotels and not knowing what to expect. The place looked nice, and the people there were super nice. After a whole day on the road, it was a relaxing stay.
