Jordan has been knowledgeable when I've had questions about my lease, and the front desk staff have been pleasant. Maintenance has also been quick to fix things year round. My kitchen faucet started leaking a few days before Christmas, and they had it repaired by the next day. The community usually has social events around the major holidays, and I've had a lot of fun at them.

Shalena deserves a special thanks. She's always responsive and quick to help with anything at Eleven North, and her support really makes a difference. The community is well maintained, and the location is very convenient. I've had a great experience living here.

The leasing team, Jordon, Shalena, Kaitlyn, and Ron, are professional, responsive, and ready to help. For Nashville, this community stands out to me for its competitive prices, spacious floor plans, great neighborhood, and amenities. My apartment gets plenty of natural light and has a practical, comfortable layout. The unit is spacious and well maintained, and the building stays clean and quiet. Management has been helpful when I've had questions or concerns, and maintenance requests are handled promptly and professionally. Shops, public transit, and essential services are close by. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to live.

I’m still waiting for an administrative fee refund that I’ve been owed since January. Willow Bridge has either not responded or seemed to be stonewalling me throughout the process. $300 is a lot of money for an individual, even if it may not be much to a corporation, and I don’t understand why I can’t get back what’s legally mine. Eleven North appears to be one of several properties managed by Willow Bridge PC in the area. I’d urge anyone dealing with this property management company to be very cautious.
