The room was clean, the place was quiet, and the service was good.

I called the front desk to explain that I’m pregnant and need a handicap room, but the man hung up on me, saying he “doesn’t wanna hear stories”.

The room was dirty, with a soda can and what looked like underwear under the bed. There were no hand towels or wash rags, no breakfast or coffee, and not even coffee at the front desk. The mini fridge rocked and didn’t get cold, the door had a gap you could see daylight through, and I almost suspect the pillows were air-filled because they deflated overnight. The pool wasn’t open and looked like it hadn’t been for years. There was no internet, and static on more than half the cable channels was too loud to hear the shows. Being near the airport also meant noisy planes taking off, so light sleepers shouldn’t expect much rest. Bring something to keep yourself entertained. This is by far the worst place I’ve stayed, worse than country jails I’ve heard about. My “blond” sister booked it, and I wish I’d read the reviews first and steered clear of this dump. Any review above one star is a lie.

Great customer service, and they’re quick to sort out problems. The grounds are kept clean, there are security cameras, and they leave you alone unless you need help. It’s good for second chances, and the experience is consistent.
