Four Points by Sheraton Nashville Airport

I picked this Four Points over a SpringHill because I was arriving in the evening and expected the bar and restaurant to be convenient. They were closed by 8:30 when I got there. The bed had sagged at least four inches in the middle, like trying to sleep on my side in a hammock. Then the fire alarm strobe kept flashing every five minutes, making sure I got only four hours before my 4 a.m. flight. The A/C and heater sounded like a hurricane, and when the noise lined up with the flashing it felt like a thunderstorm. I stay more than 100 nights a year at Marriott hotels, but this was my first Four Points.

The hotel was great for the price, but Leanne's kindness was the highlight. Our flight was misconnected last night, and she made sure we all got safely to the hotel and into a room quickly, then got us out the door in time for our early flight. Without her, I think we'd have slept on the airport floor. Thank you! That southern hospitality really wins.

The rooms are clean, and the lobby is lovely. You can tell the hotel is older and has been updated, so it may not meet everyone's expectations for a five star place. Still, it was nice, affordable, and in a good location, with availability when we needed it. I can’t complain. The staff, price, location, cleanliness, and availability earn five stars from me. Thank you.

Avoid this place. My shower was dirty, with a red stain on the floor that wouldn't rinse away. I showed two photos of it to the front desk, and was told the manager would hear about it when they arrived. Twelve hours later, the stain was still there, and the desk person had no idea what I meant. I was moved next door, where the shower only had cold water. Poorly managed.
