Home2 Suites by Hilton Nashville Downtown Convention Center Hotel

We were there the week of Christmas, and the hotel kept our four kids, ages 9 to 14, entertained with two pool tables, a heated pool, board games, and shuffleboard. Our nine-year-old especially loved the daily hot chocolate bar with cookies. The complementary breakfast was better than at most hotels, and coffee was available all day. There’s a donut shop next door too. The location is great, close to downtown. We walked to a Titans game at the stadium, and restaurants, the Ryman, and shopping were all within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful. The building is secure, with a room key needed to enter the lobby, and the on-site parking garage below the hotel is locked and reserved for guests. We loved the hotel and would stay again. Great for families!

We spent two nights here during the ice storm after our power went out. Bobby, the front desk manager, was an actual angel, and the whole staff stayed exceptionally helpful and friendly even while things were crazy busy. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I’m grateful to everyone who worked such long hours to give locals a welcoming place to stay during the emergency. Nashville has grown a lot, but this is exactly why it’s a great city to live in. Thank you, Bobby and crew!

Home2 Suites was a real refuge during the 2026 ice storm. The hotel was full, with stressed travelers, lots of pets, and plenty of kids running around, yet the staff stayed patient, kind, and professional. Everyone we encountered was welcoming, calm, and genuinely friendly through the long hours and difficult conditions. They never made anyone feel like a bother and kept finding ways to help with a smile. Their compassion and hospitality turned what could have been an overwhelming, miserable situation into something much easier. Their warmth, grace, and dedication didn’t go unnoticed. We’re deeply grateful and will remember this when choosing where to stay in the future. Thank you for taking such great care of your guests when it mattered most.

The room was so big, and the included breakfast was delicious. My daughter and I came to town earlier this week for the Sabrina Carpenter concert, and this was the PERFECT place for our overnight stay. Deidre was a gem. She chatted with me the day before we arrived to explain how parking worked, then helped us check in and even let us arrive early so we had more time to get ready. The location is PERFECT for a show or game at Bridgestone, an easy eight-minute walk. The staff were delightful. AMAZING, 10/10!
