Hyatt House Nashville Airport

This has become our favorite hotel for our annual Opryland Christmas trip. The rooms were very clean, and the staff were warm and accommodating. Housekeeping checked in every day to make sure we had what we needed for the weekend. The airport shuttle was a huge help for our family, too. Kierra at the front desk was especially sweet and made sure we were all set. We'd happily recommend this place and plan to return.

We got a great price, $290 for five people, and found the hotel clean and nice. There's an indoor pool, a gym, and a bar if you want an alcoholic drink. Outside there's also a spot to eat, have a drink, or hang out. I'd choose this hotel for a Nashville visit.

10/17/2025 This review is late, since I stayed two weeks ago, but I wanted to mention a few things about The Hyatt House Nashville TN Airport. The location worked really well for visiting relatives in the Nashville area, and it's close to the airport. The shuttle was reliable, available 24/7 as advertised, and helpful with my luggage and cane. Housekeeping helped when I needed it, and the front desk staff were phenomenal: professional, kind, informative, and enjoyable to talk with each day. Their suggestions for grocery stores, USPS, malls, restaurants, and other places were especially useful since I'm plant-based. I liked my roomy suite with kitchenette. This was my second visit. On my first, in August 2025, things were peaceful. This time, for about a day and a half, the upstairs resident stomped at night and very early in the morning. Sometimes it sounded like someone was being thrown onto the floor, though I hope it was just innocent child play. There was also loud talking and music when most people had settled in for the night. They checked out eventually, and the rest of my stay was quiet. My other gripe is the billing. The online reservation through my airline, with membership and an added discount, showed one daily rate. But the final bill had a higher room rate each day, with the last day $20-$30 more. An advertised standard daily rate should stay that rate over a stay of more than five days, plus the fees, especially when booked well in advance, like a rental car rate. We had to find a room at the last minute during the ice storm after our other lodging lost power and canceled at check-in. Martel welcomed us and made check-in easy. Our clean, comfortable room was a relief, as was finding the restaurant open with a full bar and a small but solid menu when nothing else was open. The place was packed with hungry, thirsty people, but the staff kept taking orders patiently and calmly. Brooke and Ashlynn made drinks, took orders, and served alongside Martel. Other employees came out of their rooms to help cook and wash dishes, and they kept the restaurant open well past closing so everyone could eat. The GM, whose name I unfortunately forgot, stayed and supported the team. They had every reason to feel stressed by demanding customers, but kept their composure and put guests first. The same crew was back the next morning for a delicious free breakfast. The breakfast servers and bussers were helpful and friendly, as were the free shuttle drivers. Airport access was easy and the price very reasonable. A 10/10 stay, and the only place we'll stay from now on. Thanks, HH team! Room 124
