The room looked just like the Air BnB listing, and the atmosphere was great. We loved the big gym with its upscale equipment and the pool. Restaurants and stores were nearby, and The Broadway Strip was close for entertainment. The place takes pride in keeping things clean. We’d recommend staying here.

My daughter lives in the building, and I’d already seen its amenities and knew the Gulch/Music Row area was a perfect location. When I learned short-term rentals were available there, booking one for a girls weekend was an easy choice. The instructions were all very clear, from emails and texts before the stay about what the apartment offered to the simple arrival directions. As promised, we got the entry details at 4 PM on arrival day. There were plenty of bath and pool towels, plus kitchen, cleaning, and laundry supplies. We could use the pool, fitness center, common area, rooftop, and parking garage just like residents. We always had contact information for the office if we needed it, and the whole process was explained ahead of time. I was so impressed that I’m planning to rent from them again this winter, so I can have my own space for several weeks while visiting my daughter.

I slept really well, and the rooms were clean. The apartments felt homey, with downtown just a brisk walk away. The team was responsive and accommodating, and the building has grills, a pool, and a great gym. There was even a pool party while we were there, and we were happy to join in.

I liked having the washer and dryer, with detergent provided, and there was plenty of ice in the freezer. The room had everything I needed, including a full-length mirror and coffee pods. The bed was very comfortable, too. Check-in involves a lot of detailed steps, but it’s fine if you follow the instructions. The process helps protect guest parking and keeps things secure, since you need the key to use the elevator or open the parking gate.
