Sheraton Grand Nashville Downtown

Anthony handled valet during my stay at the Sheraton and was friendly every time I saw him. He kept a positive attitude, brought my car around quickly, and made everything easy. That kind of warm, efficient service really makes a difference.

Mike, the valet, was so kind and went out of his way to help me, and he kept my car in great shape. The rooms were also very much to my satisfaction. The convenient location and excellent service made my stay wonderful and really brightened the experience. I don't usually review hotels, but this one changed how I see them.

On my second business visit to the Sheraton, I again had a great time and appreciated the clean, comfortable rooms. The restaurant, bars, and room service are top notch. What stands out most, though, is the staff. Maria at the front desk, Joshua at valet, and the restaurant servers were all kind, friendly, and seemed happy to be there. I wish I remembered everyone's name from my October visit too, because they were amazing. Kudos to management for creating such a positive work environment with professional, kind, helpful people. I'll always stay here when I'm in Nashville.

The bar gets a 7/10: staff were nice, the place felt chic, and it stayed open late enough for a nightcap. The lobby elevator and hanging balls were cool, maybe a 4 for cool factor. The room was small and dated. Bed was 7/10 for comfort, pillows 8/10. Cleanliness was a 6, since it looked dated and my towels still seemed to have makeup smears. The bathroom was cramped and outdated, 5/10, though the hot water and shower pressure were good. I was across from the elevator, so noise outside my door wasn't great, but I didn't hear adjacent rooms. Light came in along the sides of the curtains. I didn't use the pool, rooftop, or hot tub. It's about a 10-minute walk to Broadway, downhill going downtown, but the uphill walk back is not great.
