Broadway was close enough for a quick walk, and the hotel was mostly clean. The room was tiny, with no closet or safe. Breakfast was free and fair. The staff were generally friendly, but when I asked for checkout at 11:30 instead of 11, their reaction made it seem as if I'd asked for two extra hours. At 11, I then had to wait 15 minutes for an elevator because everyone was leaving at once.

The breakfast was a big hit with our kids, especially all the waffle toppings and the eggs, omelets, pancakes, biscuits, and sausage. They even had chicken for waffles, which gave it a nice Nashville touch. We also enjoyed playing games in the lobby and taking the kids to the pool before bed. There were desserts and drinks there too. The hotel is easy to reach downtown from, but quiet enough for a family to sleep well, and the staff were fantastic, so friendly and helpful.

We were without power at home after the Nashville ice storm, and the hotel let us check in around 10:30 AM. That was incredibly accommodating. The staff were friendly, and the place was clean and well located. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a good stay in downtown Nashville.

The breakfast had lots of choices and the food was high quality. We also appreciated the secure parking after a long drive, since we didn't have to carry all our things far. Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the heating worked well.

The breakfast buffet was the best we’ve had at a hotel. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and it was easy to walk downtown from here. Staff were friendly too.
