Madeleine Williamson was especially helpful while we considered living at Vertis Apartments in the heart of Green Hills. She took us on a tour, answered all our questions over several days, and advocated with management when we asked for special accommodations. Throughout the process, she was patient, kind, empathetic, skillful, and understanding. We felt listened to and cared for while working things out with Vertis. The location is fabulous, and we recommend the leasing department.

We love the amenities, events, and community here. Dwight has been part of Vertis for the 7 1/2 years we’ve lived here, and he really is the glue that holds everything together. We’re fond of our new manager Christine, and the maintenance team is exceptional. Mario always greets us with a smile and pays attention to what we need.

We had a great time staying during CMA’s. I was a little concerned about our children’s safety, but The Burnham has an amazing Security Officer on site. Officer Castleman was pleasant and so helpful. It was nice to meet friendly people who helped us find where we needed to go. Thanks for a great experience. Our family will recommend the place and visit again.

The roof has an unobstructed view, and the sunsets are some of the best I’ve seen here. I especially like the pool deck. The leasing team and concierge service are great, and they put on nice events like movie and wine nights. Yoga on the lawn is one of my favorites.

My husband and I moved to Vertis on April 17th, and we’ve had an extremely positive experience. Everyone has been attentive and gracious: Dwight, Melenda, Maddie, Tiffany, Christine, Vee, Mario, and Ivo. I hope I haven’t left anyone out. We’re so happy we found our new home. Thank you!
