The staff made our anniversary feel special, even sending over a really tasty treat. We loved the ocean view from the room, and the pool bar food and drinks were great. The Prime Rib Sunday Special was pretty rad, too. With the lazy river, great pool, and a view to wake up to each morning, this was the perfect vacation in a perfect location. Thanks to everyone who made us feel so welcome!

The oceanfront location was handy, with the pool and nearby establishments close by. We liked the gradual depth of the pool, especially for the kids, enjoyed the lazy river, and thought the buffet breakfast was good. We stayed three nights, though, and the room wasn't very clean. There was dog food behind the cabinet, and black mold on the joints between the shower wall and floor had been covered with white paint. Getting fresh towels was another problem. After swimming the next afternoon, we asked at the desk and were told someone would bring them within 30 minutes. We called twice to follow up, but they didn't arrive for three hours.

The staff were friendly and quick to help, and made it easy to feel looked after. SpringHill Suites in Florida was clean, modern, and comfortable after a long day out. Its location also worked well for getting to the beach and nearby spots. Check-in through checkout went smoothly. I'd stay again and recommend it to people visiting the area.

Jason, the manager, really went above and beyond, and Shawn looked after us so well by the pool during our mother-daughter trip. We had a great time, especially on the lazy river, and the complimentary breakfast buffet was good. I'm already thinking of bringing my nieces back in October. More elevators, or separate ones for staff, would help, and the beds could be better quality. Still, I think you'll enjoy it. Get the cheesecake!

Beach access and complimentary breakfast made this a place I'd recommend, and I'd come back. The staff were lovely and we had a wonderful stay. My only gripes were paying for parking and finding that the pool is just 4 feet deep.
