The room was small and the service was terrible. They took $100 from my deposit over a stain on the sheets and pillowcase, but I have no idea what the stain was from and didn't notice anything before I left. I hadn't even used the blankets, just slept on the bed as it was. Either way, a basic white pillowcase and a full-size white sheet cost about $10 new, not $100. The breakfast situation felt awful too, with staff hovering over us like we were criminals, and someone went into our room and left the door wide open while we were eating. Check-in and checkout both took far too long. An unacceptable rip-off. Never again.

I stayed one night to use the hot tub. They charged a $150 deposit to my debit card, and it's been over 5 days with no refund.

Don't waste your money. I paid for a jacuzzi suite and got a single twin-size room, and they never gave me a room key.

The staff were the best part of my three-week work trip. Every interaction was friendly, helpful, and they were genuinely willing to assist with requests. My second-floor room at Days Inn in Neenah, Wisconsin, had two queen beds, enough space, and stayed clean the whole time, so I could focus on work without worrying about it. The hotel was generally quiet, a welcome place to return to after long days. I also liked having a pool and hot tub for unwinding in the evenings. Breakfast was convenient and had enough options to get me going, though it wasn't an elaborate spread. For a work trip, the Days Inn in Neenah was good value, with the amenities I needed, a comfortable room, and supportive staff at a reasonable price. I'd consider staying again on future trips to the area.
