The staff were friendly and helpful, which was about the only good part. My son told me after we’d left that he found a syringe. If I’d known while we were there, I would’ve demanded our money back. The room was disgusting: a broken shower nozzle, a TV that wouldn’t change channels by remote or its buttons, a sock by the bed, and brown, crusty fingerprints on the wall. This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. The women at the desk deserve a better place to work.

We had a terrible stay this time, and won’t be back. When we stayed in November 2018, we couldn’t say enough good things, but the staff were extremely rude on this visit. The TV had no sound, and after I called for the third time to get it fixed, the clerk hung up on me. A kid eventually came by and got the sound working, but then we couldn’t change channels. His body odor was so bad that I had to leave the room. I wasn’t about to call the young man at the front again. The front desk, by the way, is in a Thai restaurant. The pool was dirty and the breakfast was terrible. Very disappointing for this Wyndham.

The room was clean and presentable, and the employees were helpful and friendly. A heads-up for anyone in a handicapped room: water from the shower can run all over the bathroom floor and make a huge puddle. I had to use all the towels to soak it up. Pointing the shower head down helps prevent that. Also, the rooms don’t have refrigerators.

The bed was hard as a rock and uncomfortable, and I won’t spend money here again. I stayed over a year ago, and the hotel has gone downhill since. The overnight desk person was mean-spirited and completely unaccommodating. With so few guests, you’d think they’d appreciate the business, but the staff acted like guests were there to serve them. The front desk was totally unfriendly. Terrible stay.
