Holiday Inn Express & Suites Nephi by IHG

This is my favorite place to stay when I'm traveling through Utah. The hotel was nice and clean, and our king room with a pull-out sofa had plenty of space. The beds were comfortable with lots of pillows, and the bathroom gave us room to move around. The shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water, plus generously sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that more than one person could use. They brought extra towels when we asked. Breakfast was tasty, with several options, a make-your-own waffle machine, and coffee, milk, and juice. There's not a good spot for dogs to do their business, but the grassy area in front of the nearby Flying J worked for us.

Kyle was so kind and patient when I had an anxiety attack during check-in. Our last-minute stay came about because of the situation, and he went out of his way to find us essentials like toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, and a comb. His compassion and professionalism made a stressful moment much easier. It meant more than I can say. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we really appreciated such a caring experience. Thank you.

We were driving from North Dakota to California and stopped for the night. Check-in was quick and professional, and the room was clean, modern, and comfortable. It was quiet, so we got plenty of sleep before having the complimentary breakfast and heading back out. I'd recommend staying here.

The rooms were clean and the hotel itself is pretty nice, but there was no information in the rooms and no one explained breakfast or the other amenities at check-in. On Sunday breakfast ended at 9:30, so we got barely any scraps. I've never stayed at a hotel where breakfast finished before 10, especially on a weekend. Won't be back.
