We had to extend our stay because of a medical issue, and the manager arranged the extended-stay rate. The beds were comfortable, and the hotel was conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and the hospital. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Devon on the night shift. I'll definitely stay here next time I'm in New Bern.

The amenities were otherwise good value for the money, and the hotel is close to several restaurants and a Walmart superstore. But you can't really walk around the area. With a good walkway nearby, I'd have given it five stars.

This is the only hotel we've stayed at that offered gluten-free muffins at breakfast.

My girls loved the breakfast, especially the freshly cooked bacon, good eggs, and two kinds of salsa. The hotel was very clean and updated, and it's convenient to everything New Bern has to offer.

The staff were super nice, and the place was clean and well maintained. Still, the stay was just okay and kind of forgettable.
