The stay was mostly fine, and the front desk staff were great about offering to move us. We stayed put because the kids were already settled, then shared the beds instead. I really wish we’d checked every mattress before unpacking: the sofa bed one was torn, stained, and filthy. We had to check out before the manager arrived, so I couldn’t tell them about it then.

There’s a deck with outdoor furniture and a small fire pit, plus a pool and workout room that felt spacious enough for everyone. The property was clean, and I liked the safety features for getting into the building. The rooms are large and have a kitchenette with what you need, along with full-size shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. It’s right off the highway. The front desk team was professional, friendly, and seemed happy to welcome us.

The bathroom could’ve been cleaner, and the room needed a bit more attention overall. Still, the stay was comfortable, the staff were friendly, and check-in was quick. A decent experience, with some room to improve.

The breakfast they advertise was stale and awful, though they called it “Hilton standard.” When I raised concerns about the service, all they said was they’d put it in their notes. No apology, nothing. It felt like the people working there hated their jobs and took it out on guests. My room was dirty, and on the second day the microwave didn’t work. They blamed me for not checking it at check-in, as if it were the customer’s job to make sure it works. Then at 10:40 p.m. on day three, someone banged on the door and woke my two-year-old, who was scared. The front desk said housekeeping had knocked on the wrong room by accident, three times. How does a place have service this bad? I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here.
