The room looks nice, but staying here was a big mistake for us. The TV volume didn’t work, and nobody got back to me after I called for help, so I had to look up different ways to fix it myself. There’s no receptionist, and the place has no name and is hard to find. It feels more like an expensive dorm room or cheap Airbnb than a hotel. The low beds had no box springs, and we had to take the mattress off and reconnect the slats so we wouldn’t fall through. The mattress was okay and the comforter warm, but the pillows were awful and the furniture felt like dorm quality. The temperature control was locked at 70 degrees, too cold for a freezing December visit. Towels were small, cheap, mismatched, and there were no washcloths. This might suit young college students, but not mature adults. It should be advertised accurately and priced accordingly. Very disappointing. Buyer beware.

It was freezing in the room, and we couldn’t adjust the heat. There was no staff on site, and we found just one used towel. The bed was only inches off the floor. This supposed hotel has two addresses, 126 and 152 Crown, and feels more like a dormitory. What a terrible stay. It is not a hotel.

We arrived to find no front desk and no way to check in. Nobody answered when we called. When we asked why the place was a scam, they hung up on us. We never got into the room and had to book a proper hotel instead. THIS HOTEL IS A SCAM!!!!!

This is just an apartment building with nobody working there. I’d prepaid through booking.com, but no one answered the phone or chat to let us into the room. We never spoke with the host or got inside. This place is a scam.

I called with a question and they helped me, but then they kept calling back several times, even at midnight. Weird and shady.
