The Best Way Inn

I drove all the way from New York to Connecticut and got treated with disrespect. The woman working there was rude and argued with paying guests, including telling me I wasn’t cold when I was. Her bedside manner was awful, and I felt uncomfortable for most of my stay. This place needs different management or owners. Definitely don’t book here.

I stayed with my partner, and the room was filthy, with blankets that smelled awful. There were mice, too. The service was terrible. It was extremely cold in the room, and when we asked the woman if she could do anything about it, she refused to help.

The place was a complete dump. The rooms were crawling with roaches, mice, and bedbugs, and the staff didn’t seem to care. They made guests buy their own products to deal with the pests and refused to wash or change the linens. They only seem interested in money, not cleanliness or sanitation, and make excuses for the problems on the property. Comical. If I could give less than one star, I would. The Best Way Inn needs a different name, and I’d recommend finding somewhere better established.
