The place was disgusting from the moment I walked in, and I took pictures of everything. A smashed crack pipe was on the floor beside a full-size bed with just one blanket, and there were holes in the walls. The face cloths were bloody, and the shower and curtain were black. They entered my room without consent and charged me for my service dog, which is illegal. I wasn’t given a refrigerator or microwave. When I asked for toilet paper, they said they were out, so I had to wait until the next day. This is one of the worst motels in CT. I wish there were judges here who could condemn it.

The guy at reception was very unwelcoming. He wouldn’t let me see the room before I paid. Fire him!

The motel has new management, and the staff are amazing. The rooms have been renovated and look great now. The owner is generous, supportive, and smart.

It caught fire this week. There are roaches everywhere, and the bathroom is dirtier than the parking lot. They treat you as if they’re better than you, even while you’re handing them your money.

For a motel, this was a decent stay. The room, including the bathroom, was clean, and the AC worked well. There were plenty of channels on the CRT. When you ask for a room, you can choose the number of beds and whether you want smoking or non-smoking. I picked a non-smoking room for two with a single king bed. The two parking lots make it easy to get to the rooms and main office. Front desk staff are all business, but easy to talk to. It’s right off exit 59 of CT-15.
