Being right off 95 was the one upside, but it wasn't a quiet place. Drug deals were going on in the parking lot, and I was surprised my car was still there in the morning. I felt unsafe. The curtains wouldn't close, the bed had couch pillows stuffed into pillowcases, and the bathroom water came out hot enough to cook with. The deadbolt wouldn't line up with the door jamb either.

It's a quiet motel with not much drama, and the staff are polite, friendly and always ready to help. The housekeepers are excellent. Ash goes above and beyond to make the stay as pleasant as possible, and Weeney is great too. Four stars for the whole staff.

The convenient location made it easy to get to restaurants, local attractions and major roads, and it seems like good value whether you're visiting for business or leisure. My stay at Regency Inn & Suites in New London was wonderful. The staff were friendly, professional and happy to help, and check-in was quick and hassle-free. The room was spotless, spacious and comfortable, with the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was cozy, the bathroom clean, and everything well maintained. Management clearly cares about cleanliness and guest comfort. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and friendly place, and I'll return on my next visit.

It was noisy all night, both inside and outside. The bathroom had no way to regulate the water temperature, and the hot water was nearly boiling. The Regency Inn was dirty, and the pillows were ridiculously small, like sofa accent pillows. I won't come back.
