We paid under $600 for four days, so let me know if you find a deal like that elsewhere! I took a four-day trip with 16 friends and we played 90 holes. The courses were well maintained despite all the recent rain, the rooms were clean, and everyone was friendly. The marshals and starters fixed people's golf clubs and dropped them off the next day. When we lost our keys, the staff kept an eye out, called the local bar, and found them. The negative reviews were the opposite of what we experienced. Excellent facility and very friendly people.

The course was in fantastic shape, with fantastic views, and the new pro shop and grille area are great. The rangers, though, were grumpy and rude. We played yesterday during a big high school golf tournament, and with 40 minutes until our tee time, part of our group still hadn't arrived. Even so, the ranger pushed us toward the first tee so we could get ahead of the tournament as it made the turn. After the ninth hole, he got mad when we stopped for the bathroom, saying we were holding everyone up. The group behind us was only teeing off on #9. It wasn't our fault the tee times had been scheduled so close to the tournament. I wonder what they would've done if we'd arrived 20 minutes later. They need to get the rangers to ease up.

The course is beautiful, but everything else about the place was awful. I played 18 holes on Miller and Creek and had a terrible experience with the service and staff. The rangers were aggressive and the employees rude. It was so bad we almost had to leave. I’d never go back just to play golf with friends. It’s ridiculous and a disgrace to the golf community. Sad to see it happen on the green.

The hotel was clean and great, and the onsite restaurant had great food and service. If you’re in the area, it’s the best place to stay, even if golf isn’t your thing.
