We’d absolutely stay here again after our three-night visit. The pool was great after a very hot day of walking, and the breakfasts at La Roux cafe were delicious. Their cappuccinos were a lovely start to the day, and we also enjoyed the music and excellent drinks at the Burboub O Bar. The location made it easy to get around the FQ, and our room was quiet enough that we couldn’t hear the commotion from Bourbon St. We had no hot water in our first room, but the staff moved us quickly and without any trouble.

My wife and I had an awesome room and will definitely come back. The lobby is gorgeous, and the staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. The Bourbon Orleans Hotel is also well placed for an easy walk to just about anywhere on or near Bourbon St and the French Quarter.

The one thing to plan around is the valet, which took a while when we needed the car. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. The rooms were cleaned well, staff were good, and the location was great for walking to Bourbon, Jackson square, and the grocery store one block away. Each room gets two complimentary water bottles a day, and there are water stations downstairs.

We had a late breakfast in the restaurant, and the food was delicious with generous servings. Terry was an excellent server. The room was elegant and beautifully decorated, with a spacious balcony overlooking the back of the Cathedral and Bourbon Street. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Ken, the director of admissions, made the stay special. David helped with luggage and parking, and Denice and Adilah in guest services were efficient and kind. The Bourbon Orleans Hotel is a wonderful boutique hotel in the best part of the French Quarter. We’ll definitely be back.

The courtyard overlooking the pool was one of our favorite parts. It felt like stepping back in time in the best way. The Bourbon Orleans Hotel is a beautiful historic place with plenty of New Orleans character, and its decor gave the stay a memorable, classic feel. Staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and the location made it easy to walk to everything we wanted to see and do. We absolutely loved our stay and will be back.
