Courtyard by Marriott New Orleans French Quarter/Iberville

The staff were friendly and helpful, and valet made it easy to come and go for our day trips. As a family of four, we liked the layout of the king beds suite. The kids had their own side of the room, with the bathroom separating the sleeping areas.

The room had been renovated, was clean and well maintained, and even smelled nice. It had everything we needed. The price and location are hard to beat, with Bourbon and Canal st. only a very short walk away. There are lots of places to choose from nearby, and the hotel felt safe and secure inside. You're close to Bourbon, but far enough away to get some quiet and sleep. A+.

We got in at least three hours before check-in, expecting only to leave our bags, but they already had a room ready that matched our requests for a higher floor away from the elevator. The staff were friendly, and both the hotel and room were tidy and very clean. It's an easy walk to the French quarter sights, but far enough from bourbon st that nighttime noise wasn't a problem. The room's sliding door between the bedroom and the living room and couch area was especially useful with a partner who snores. We stayed for jazz fest 2026 and had a great visit.

Having the hotel connected to the Ritz Carlton was a big help. We were in town for a convention there and could go back and forth without stepping outside. Our suite had a separate bedroom and living area, and we found it spacious, clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. The bed was good and the heating unit worked well. The snack area and restaurant were handy, and the staff we met were all great. We were also within walking distance of plenty of restaurants and Jackson Square. The price was very affordable, and this is definitely our go-to in New Orleans now.
