Paul made each hotel breakfast feel welcoming. On my second morning, he already remembered my name and order, and greeted me warmly. He notices the small details, anticipates what guests might need, and stays attentive without hovering. His positive attitude was consistent. I’m a Director of Customer Service, so I pay attention to this kind of thing. Paul is the sort of service professional any organization would be lucky to have, and exactly the type I’d want on a hospitality or customer experience team. The location made it easy to get around, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. My stay felt smooth from start to finish. The staff stood out most: everyone I met at the front desk, in the hallways, and in housekeeping was polite, friendly, and genuinely helpful. It wasn’t just one great interaction, the good service came from several people. I’d stay at the Hilton Garden Inn New Orleans again and recommend it to anyone visiting New Orleans.

The TV in my room, 219, was broken, but I was only there overnight, so it was a small issue. Everything else felt welcoming. The staff were pleasant and greeted me, the hotel was clean, and the lobby had Mardi Gras decorations. After I got off my parade float during Mardi Gras, they gave everyone in my room a snack and water. They stored my bag before check-in and had it back to me quickly when I returned that evening. We got great service throughout the stay from Paul and Skylar, who were both attentive and friendly. The breakfast buffet was really good and a great price, too. Camree welcomed us and got us checked in quickly. And a shout-out to AJ at the bar. We’d stop in for a nightcap and a good chat after long days exploring the city. He was great!
