We moved out of Residence Josephine a couple of months ago and learned the rent for our two-bedroom apartment has since risen to $3000. With crime in the area, an eyesore across the street, and no balcony, the rent shouldn't be this high.
The apartments are well built, in a historic area that's still developing. There's a small park nearby for walking dogs, and the neighbors are friendly.
Loved being able to walk to all the nearby bars and restaurants. The condos are really cute.
It’s clean and feels secure. The location is a bit off the beaten path, so walks can be long, though still manageable.
