Update: The leasing office reviewed the camera footage while looking for my package and got back to me. It still hasn’t turned up, but they did offer a solution. I’m extremely disappointed and need this resolved. The return is worth more than $100, and even though I arranged a USPS pickup at reception, the package has gone missing. This isn’t the first time, either. A package I was supposed to receive disappeared about a year ago. On 1/4, I left this return with the front desk for USPS to pick up on 1/5. The employee said he was new and didn’t know the process, so I included detailed notes with the package: the pickup date, USPS confirmation number, my name, and apartment address. He set it on top of the desk and said that was fine. A week later, the tracking still said it was awaiting pickup. The front desk couldn’t find anything left for outgoing mail and told me there was nothing they could do.

Those walk-in closets have so much space, and the price seems lower than at other downtown New Rochelle buildings that claim to be in the same league. 3THIRTY3 really is tremendous and worth it. The luxury feel lives up to the top-tier image, from the year-round heated pool and sauna to the amenities all on the same floor.

The leasing process has been VERY TERRIBLE and honestly feels very off. I’d be extremely careful about sharing personal information here. Other reviews describe problems with the leasing office too, and I believe them. Agents tell you which documents are acceptable, then after you provide everything, they reject them for what seem like bogus reasons. They ask for even more sensitive information, including adding a co-applicant or guarantor to get you 100% approved, then say you can’t add any more applicants or documents. The online application site says you can add applicants until approval, but the office seems to pick and choose when that applies. If you haven’t been approved and haven’t signed a lease, you should be allowed to add someone during the application process, and even after you move into the building. It’s also hard to get a response from the leasing agents. I’ve had to chase them through multiple emails, wait two days, and then get a reply at the end of the day, after 3-4 pm. Management higher up should look into how this office handles applications. Very UNPROFESSIONAL.

My parents settled into the apartment so quickly after downsizing that they don’t want to go back to a house. After touring every new building in fast-growing New Rochelle, I thought this one had the best apartments, layout, decor, and amenities in town. It checked all the boxes: indoor pool, outdoor deck, entertainment areas, bar, gym, indoor dog run, and parking. The staff are what I’d call the crown jewels of the building. David guided us through the leasing process and was incredibly helpful, with communication that was nearly immediate. Tenisha was warm, genuine, and informative, giving us lots of insight on the tour and after the introduction. Jordyn helped us a great deal with onboarding, and maintenance manager Terrance immediately offered to help whenever needed. After years of owning a home, my retired parents decided to downsize into an apartment, and this building has been the best choice for them.
