East Village made the stay special, with its little shops, places to eat, and friendly pubs around the corner. We're a vegan family, and were surprised by how many nearby cafes and restaurants had good meals for us. There are small groceries close by as well as a Whole Foods, and the nearby subway made getting around Manhattan easy when the heat made walking tough. We stayed ten days in Sol, an apartment with two bedrooms and a sofa bed that fit our family of four comfortably. The kitchen had what we needed, including good coffee and a welcome bottle of rose wine. The place was spotless and nicely presented, with useful extras that weren't listed online, like shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and USB chargers in the living room and bedroom. Air conditioning was just what we needed during the heatwave. Miguel and Melissa were friendly and helpful before and during our stay. It felt like home, and we'd love to return.

The private back patio was a lovely place to relax and enjoy the weather, and I especially liked the steam bathtub and shower. The Terrace Apartment was comfortable, with a playful splash of red in the design. It was a great space in an exciting neighborhood, and I'd definitely recommend it.

The Garden Duplex was spacious and clean, with plenty of room for our large family to have our own space. I've stayed at the East Village Apartments before, in Apartment Sol, and loved this visit too. The location is amazing, close to lots of SOHO shops. Every morning I walked to "the Bean" for a "dirty chai" latte and watched the city through the windows. No complaints at all about the East Village Apartments by Sudha.

This was our second stay, and it won't be our last. Courtney greeted us, explained the apartment and the neighborhood, and was great to deal with. Our friend “Irish” also took special care of us and managed to get our vehicle parked outside for the whole stay, though parking isn't guaranteed. Sudha knows how to make a large family comfortable, with room to breathe, space to gather, and an outdoor area where you can really enjoy the Lower East Side. We loved the building, neighborhood, people, and experience. Highly recommend The East Village Apartments.

I stayed in the Garden Duplex Apartment with my family, and the patio, kitchen, rooms, and everything else there really amazed me. It was such a beautiful and peaceful place, a perfect Zen retreat where we could relax and enjoy our time together. I'd recommend it to anyone wanting quality family time away from the city's bustle. East Village Apartments is inviting and lovely, and I can't put into words how much we enjoyed it.
