Thanks to Danny, our time in the game room was even more fun. He was friendly and attentive from the moment we arrived, kept things running smoothly, and went out of his way to answer questions and help us enjoy ourselves. You can tell he cares about the guests and takes pride in his work. Absolutely recommend him. Give this guy a raise!

The rooftop at Bay Ridge Hotel is beautiful, with great views, and the staff were friendly and helpful the whole time. Our room was clean and comfortable too. We had a wonderful, hassle-free stay and would definitely come back. I highly recommend the hotel.

The rooms and service were the strongest parts of my stay, both worth 4 stars. The location was good too, though I’d give it 3. All in all, a solid 3-star stay at The Bay Ridge Hotel, and a reliable local option if you’re visiting the area.

The hotel felt extremely disorganized. We’d booked ahead, but when we arrived there wasn’t a room for us, and we waited at least an hour. Williams and the other friendly staff helped sort it out, which slightly improved my impression. The room was very small and dirty, though. There was hair all over the floor, and the bath towels didn’t look appropriate. The makeup towels were a nice idea, but they had lots of hair on them. I appreciated the complimentary water and chocolates.
