EVEN Hotel Long Island City - New York by IHG

What made the trip for us was Douglas at reception. When our first room was too noisy, he moved us right away with no hassle. He's friendly, dedicated, and a real professional who went above and beyond. The restaurant team were incredibly sweet too. Our rooms were spotless, the location was great, and breakfast was superb. We felt really pampered and will definitely be back. 10/10!

There's plenty of food nearby, including food halls and supermarkets, and the hotel is close to three subway stations. Douglas at reception was fantastic, really welcoming and friendly, and we had some great chats. Our room had been newly renovated, with a lovely bathroom and lots of TV channels. The one downside was the highway next door. It got a little noisy until around midnight and again early in the morning, though they do provide earplugs.

Rui, the manager, gave us a warm welcome and suggested nearby restaurants and attractions. The staff were friendly and professional, and check-in and check-out went smoothly. Our room had modern, cozy decor and was clean and comfortable. Getting to transport, restaurants, and shops was easy from this excellent location. Breakfast had lots of delicious choices, and the stay was great value for the price. I'd come back next time.

I spent 14 days at Even Hotel, Long Island City, and was very satisfied. The location was the biggest plus, with every amenity just a few minutes' walk away. Douglas, Victoria, and the rest of the staff were super friendly and hospitable. The rooms, gym, and other facilities were up to standard, and room service and housekeeping were top notch. I really appreciated how the hotel was managed. Thanks to the management team for keeping up the good work. I'll definitely book here next time I travel to New York.
