Four Points By Sheraton New York Downtown

We booked only three weeks ahead after our other accommodation was canceled, and the price felt fair. The hotel was worth every dollar, and I’d return in a heartbeat. After a long flight, check-in was quick, and the customer service was excellent. The staff were knowledgeable and ready to answer questions. Our room was spotless, unusually spacious for New York City, and carefully cleaned by housekeeping. Temperature control was just right, especially since the weather wasn’t very warm when we visited. The hotel is about three minutes from Fulton St subway, and there’s luggage storage too.

We had two extra guests with us and all of us slept amazingly in the spacious room. Patricia, our room cleaner, kept everything tidy and clean. She’s always working, she deserves a vacation! The staff were genuinely friendly, courteous, and respectful throughout, and their great service made our trip more comfortable and enjoyable. I can’t thank them enough.

I spent a week here and was very impressed with the friendly, helpful reception team and the housekeeping staff, who went out of their way to accommodate requests and made the room over beautifully. The rooms aren’t huge, but they’re neat and tidy. It’s a very nice hotel in a great spot near the subway and World Trade Center Complex. The elevator controls were my only criticism. Sometimes it took ages for one to arrive, as it seemed to try to handle too many requests from all floors with a single elevator at a time.

The location was great, with lots of food nearby and a convenience store close too. Room service was excellent. The rooms felt quite small for the price, though that’s typical for downtown NYC. The elevators got very busy and took a while, but it was manageable. A false alarm woke us in the middle of the night, which was off-putting. All in all, a decent stay.
