Hilton Garden Inn New York/Midtown Park Ave

The front desk team made us feel welcome, housekeeping was reliable, and the large lobby was a nice place to sit. Having a restaurant attached was handy too. Our room was small, as you'd expect in Manhattan, but it was laid out thoughtfully and had a very comfortable bed. There was a slight musty smell, maybe from age or humidity, though it didn't affect our stay. It's a cozy, practical place rather than a luxury hotel. The location made getting around easy, with Grand Central Station, Times Square, Bryant Park, and several subway lines just steps away. For the price, the combination of convenience and comfort felt like good value if you want to stay in Manhattan without spending a lot.

Arlene made this stay so special. We arrived early, and she kindly arranged an early check-in. When she heard we were celebrating my niece's 13th birthday, she decorated our room with balloons and streamers while we were out. That thoughtful surprise meant a lot to our family and made my niece feel celebrated. The location was also hard to beat. Times Square, Central Park, Chinatown, and Tribeca were all an easy walk away, and the subway entrance was right across the street. We had the best stay and can't wait to come back. People like Arlene turn a good hotel visit into something unforgettable, and we'll be recommending this Hilton to everyone we know.

We had a spacious, comfortable room, and it was surprisingly quiet despite the busy streets outside. The bathroom was roomy and well stocked, and off-street parking was a big help. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent. My only gripe was the duvet cover, which felt overly scratchy. I'd stay here again.

We had a great time and would come back. The rooms were spotless and, although on the small side, had enough storage for our things. Everyone at the concierge desk was delightful to talk to. Enchanté Mr. Burkina Faso! Très content parler avec vous! The location was just right, with the Empire State Building, Times Square, Madison Square Gardens, and S&P lol all a short walk away.
