I only booked one night, and now I wish I'd stayed longer. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great view, and the location near Times Square was surprisingly calm rather than loud and busy. Michelle at the front desk made the stay feel special. I arrived very early, and she was welcoming and helpful. When I came back to check in, she went out of her way to find me a high-floor room overlooking Times Square. Every time we spoke she was kind, professional, and genuinely nice. I noticed she treated the other guests just as well. I'd stay here again on future NYC trips. Michelle deserves a raise, bonus, and promotion!!!!!!

The location is excellent, and the train is right there. Staff were nice, too. The room was clean and a reasonable size for a short stay, with a microwave and fridge for heating up leftovers.

For the price, this felt like a very basic hotel with basic service. The Times Square location is great, but it was noisy. There was also a wooden board underneath the toilet sink that could have caused an injury. I did appreciate having a microwave in the room, since that's not common and came in handy for heating takeout.

Michelle and Frank were friendly and polite, and they went out of their way to help with requests. The whole team made me feel looked after from check-in to departure, and the location was great, just minutes from several metro stations and an easy walk to Times Square. I'd suggest getting the hot water to heat up faster. Until then, run the shower for a few minutes before getting in. Kudos to the team at Hilton Garden Inn Times Square Central!

The hotel was clean and functional, but what made the stay for me was how friendly and helpful the staff were. Ibita at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful, and I also had very good experiences with Michelle and the morning check-in staff. That's the main reason I'd praise this place.
