Kirah made our stay feel ten times more magical. She went above and beyond, and the rest of the staff were wonderful too. It was my first time staying in a hotel, so I was nervous, but the room turned out great. It was small, though a good fit for two, and the couch was really comfortable. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back.

We loved being able to walk to so many restaurants and shops, and Times Square and the Theater District were about 15-20 minutes away on foot. The hotel’s rooftop has a view of the Empire State Building, and I’d love to see it again in warmer weather. We were on the 9th floor and didn’t need the earplugs provided in the room, but it was a thoughtful touch. I’ve had some very noisy hotel rooms in New York where they would’ve come in handy. Breakfast was complimentary and had an extravagant range of food and drinks each day. Seats filled up as the morning went on, but we didn’t have to wait long. Our room was clean and spacious by New York standards. The staff were friendly, check-in was easy, and this was one of my best stays in the city. I look forward to coming back.

The hotel is conveniently placed for Broadway and Times Square, and the rooms were clean and well maintained every day. They were a good size, and we could see the Empire State Building, though not through the floor-to-ceiling window shown in the booking.com photo for the more expensive king room with a view. The listing showed a separate photo for a king high room, so I tried to explain the difference to a woman at reception. She wasn’t interested in moving us, even though we had paid the higher rate. We’d booked for my daughter’s first New York trip and her 18th birthday. Apart from that interaction, the staff were very helpful. Maintenance staff even checked whether everything was OK or needed fixing. Breakfast was pretty basic: cereal, toast, scrambled eggs, strips of French toast, and turkey bacon. It was something, but we only ate there on the first day since many places offer pastries or pancakes. We were charged a $100 deposit, which came back the day after we left. Asking the hotel to arrange an airport taxi is worthwhile, since it costs half as much as an Uber. We’d stay here again.

Crystal and Hannah helped us out when our train was four hours after checkout. They kept our bags at the front desk so we could carry on exploring the city. The staff, the other people there, and the atmosphere were all fabulous. We had a great ladies’ weekend. The location worked well for Bryant Park, Macy’s, Rockefeller Center, shops, and restaurants. There were four of us in the room and it fit us comfortably, with two double beds and a pull-out couch. We could’ve fit two more girlfriends. Breakfast was awesome, and the terrace on the 26th floor had a great view of the Empire State Building. I highly recommend it and can’t wait to book again next year.

The breakfast caught me by surprise, with plenty of choices and probably the best eggs I’ve had at a continental breakfast. They seemed to keep serving past the posted hours too, so there was no need to rush. I had a room with a view, and every staff member I met was courteous and considerate. It felt like people throughout the hotel really cared about guests’ experience. With the location, you know what you’re getting. I’d happily consider staying again on my next visit.
