Spacious Upper East Side Studio

I had a later flight, so I spent four hours in the lobby after checkout. There are a few private spots where you can work or take business calls, and secure luggage storage was useful. The location was convenient, the service fantastic and attentive, and it’s a great value hotel. The only drawback was the dining options, like at other Courtyards. We ordered through Uber Eats.

Our stay at the Courtyard by Marriott on 92nd Street in Manhattan was made much easier by Night Front Desk Manager Ahad Latif. We arrived well past midnight after travel delays, and he was kind, professional, and eager to help. He made us feel welcome and got our late check-in sorted out smoothly. Valet parking wasn’t available after midnight, but Ahad Latif pointed us to good nearby street parking spots, and we found one quickly. He also recommended a great 24-hour deli just steps away, which was perfect for a late-night dinner. His warm manner and attentiveness made a real difference throughout our stay. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. He’s a wonderful asset to the Courtyard by Marriott team, and I highly recommend the hotel, especially for his outstanding service.

The night staff made this a really good stay. Ahad, the night auditor, was warm and helpful while checking us in, and kept making sure my family had what we needed in the room. The security guard working with him was friendly too. I’d recommend the hotel for that kind of service.

We picked this hotel because it’s a couple of blocks from our son. The lobby is huge but doesn’t seem to serve much purpose, and the rooms are pretty standard. The real problem was the shower: it was only lukewarm for the first two days, then there was no hot water at all for the next two. The front desk said nobody else had reported an issue. We won’t stay here on our next visit.
